Sri Muththumari Amman Kovil is a Hindu temple which is situated in the Nuwara Eliya district. It was built in the late 1800s and is regarded as one of the oldest Hindu temples in the Nuwara Eliya town. The temple is dedicated to goddess Muththumari Amman who is believed to bless couples with fertility. This is a reason why many wedding ceremonies are held at this temple.
