Kurullangala Prehistoric Cave Art Site is a rocky outcrop which is situated in Karandagolla in the Badulla district. It consists of a cave with wall art murals painted to a style which cannot be seen anywhere else in Sri Lanka. These paintings which are believed to be more than 5000 years old represent correctly proportioned line drawings of birds, humans and various other objects. Most of these drawings are not visible anymore due to the effects of nature and time over them.

From Ella travel approximately 10.8 km along the Wellawaya-Ella-Kumbalwela Highway and turn to Rakkitha Kanda Road. Travel approximately 2.7 km along this road to reach the Kurullangala Prehistoric Cave Art Site situated in Badulla.
