Kande Sudu Ella Waterfall is situated in Laggala in the Matale district. It stands at a height of 8 meters. It is surrounded by a variety of flora and fauna, especially orchids and medicinal plants. It is also home to a rare species of lizards which is only found in two places in the world. The other is in the Java Island.
