Bellanwila Raja Maha Viharaya is a Buddhist temple situated in Bellanwila, Colombo. The temple attracts many devotees and is very popular for its annual Esala Perahera which is held in the months of August or September. Devotees flock in to worship the sacred Bo tree found in the temple grounds which is considered to be one of the first offshoots of the scared Jaya Sri Maha Bodhi in Anuradhapura.
